From your dashboard, click "Create Profile". Fill in your details, upload photos, and submit for review. Once approved, your profile will be visible in the directory.

How many photos and videos can I upload?

Up to 12 photos and 3 videos per profile. Photos are automatically processed and optimized for quality.

What do profile statuses mean?

Pending means under review, Active means visible in the directory, Inactive means hidden by you, and Rejected means it didn't pass review.

How do I edit my profile?

Edit your profile from the dashboard. Depending on settings, changes may need moderator approval before going live.

How long does my profile stay active?

Profiles may have a validity period. You can extend your listing from the dashboard to keep it visible.

Can I have more than one profile?

Yes, sideline accounts can create multiple profiles. Each profile is managed independently with its own photos and settings.

What is photo verification?

A process to confirm you match your profile photos. Verified profiles receive a badge that helps build trust with viewers.

How do I get verified?

Go to your dashboard, start the verification process, receive a unique code, take a photo of yourself holding the code, and submit it for review.

You get a verified badge on your profile, increased trust from viewers, and higher visibility in search results.

What if my verification is rejected?

You can resubmit with a new photo. Common reasons for rejection: code not visible, face not clear, or photo doesn't match your profile.

How do I write a review?

Visit any profile and use the review form. Rate looks, service, and give an overall rating. You can also attach up to 3 photos.

Do I earn points for reviews?

Yes! Approved reviews earn points based on your tier. Adding photos earns bonus points. Photos showing a logo earn even more.

How many reviews can I write per day?

You can write up to 3 reviews per day. You can review the same profile more than once for different visits.

Are reviews moderated?

Yes, all reviews are checked before being published. Most reviews are approved within a few hours.

What are review cards?

Shareable image cards generated from your reviews. You can download them and share on social media to show off your reviews.

Coins are a currency earned through daily activity. Use them to boost profiles and increase visibility in the directory.

Three ways: Daily login (9-18 coins/day), login streak bonuses (up to +30 on Day 7), and lucky drops (5-25 coins randomly while browsing).

What is a login streak?

Log in every day to build a 7-day streak. Each day awards coins, and completing all 7 days adds a +30 coin bonus. Miss 48 hours and your streak resets.

What are lucky drops?

Random coin rewards of 5-25 coins that appear while you browse profiles. A floating coin will appear - tap it within 60 seconds to collect! You can receive up to one per day.

What are profile boosts?

Spend 30-150 coins to temporarily boost a profile higher in the directory. Choose from 3 to 24 hours. Boosted profiles appear above all regular listings.

Can I boost someone else's profile?

Yes! Any user can gift-boost any profile. The profile owner will be notified and can send a reaction.

What's the difference between points and coins?

Points come exclusively from writing reviews and determine your tier rank. Coins come from daily activity and are spent on boosts. They are completely separate.

What are tourist tiers?

There are 8 progressive ranks from Tourist to Legend, determined by points you earn from writing reviews. Higher tiers unlock better rewards.

Your agency page is published automatically once it reaches the minimum number of member profiles.

Agency owners can manage member profiles, reply to reviews on member profiles, and customize the agency page appearance.

What is a featured agency?

Selected agencies that are highlighted with a crown badge and receive spotlight placement on the homepage carousel.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Go to your dashboard profile settings, click the 2FA setup button, scan the QR code with your authenticator app, and save your backup codes.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, from your dashboard profile settings. You'll need to verify your password and confirm the change via email.

How do I report a profile or review?

Use the report button on any profile or review page. All reports are reviewed by our moderators.

How do I delete my account?
